Shipping policy
Items can be ordered and we offer a few different methods for delivery.
Store pickup is when you order online and we contact you to pick the order up at our store. We will have your order ready within 2 - 3 business days. The information for pickup will be sent to you in the email notification for pickup. When the store is not yet open for the season, we give you a few numbers to call and setup a pickup time. When the store is open (Nov 1 to Dec 23) you are welcome to pickup during store hours or arrange a time that suits outside of hours if need be. Thanks so very much for your order.
Free Shipping?
Sometimes people ask if we offer free shipping. Please remember that free shipping is generally offered with adjusted prices in the retail industry. The pricing structure is not set so as to offer free shipping. We could raise our prices so that we could offer it, but that would break our REAL Pricing rule. Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch!
Regular shipping - prices will be calculated at time of purchase based on the weight of your product.
International Shipping - some duties/fees may be charged on the shipment after it has been shipped and will need to be paid on receipt of the items.
